Full Sail Zero is Galway Bay Brewery’s low-alcohol interpretation of its best-selling Full Sail IPA, designed to preserve the distinctive hop character and balance of the original beer. Rather than relying on aggressive filtration or boiling away the alcohol after fermentation, it is brewed with a specialist yeast strain that produces minimal alcohol during fermentation. The recipe is then carefully adjusted to create additional body, depth of flavour and structure. Dry hopped with the same hops used in Full Sail IPA, it delivers fresh citrus, grapefruit and subtle resinous hop character. The result is a crisp, refreshing and balanced IPA with just 0.5% ABV and a genuine modern craft beer profile. Perfect with burgers, grilled meats, spicy dishes, tacos, pizza and mature cheeses.
