Disco Paradiso Overnight Oats DIPA is a limited-edition collaboration between Galway Bay Brewery and Manchester’s acclaimed Sureshot Brewing Co. Brewed using Sureshot’s unique cold-steeped oat method and over 800 kg of Irish oats, this Double IPA delivers an exceptionally soft, fluffy and full-bodied mouthfeel while showcasing an intense modern hop profile. Dry hopped with Strata HyperBoost, Galaxy and Mosaic after a Nelson Sauvin whirlpool addition, it bursts with vibrant aromas of passion fruit, ripe mango, citrus and tropical fruit, followed by subtle resinous and dank notes. Despite its 7.8% ABV, the beer remains remarkably smooth, juicy and beautifully balanced. Rich oat character and expressive hops combine to create a luxurious modern Double IPA with exceptional drinkability. Perfect with spicy foods, burgers, barbecue, grilled meats, mature cheeses and Asian cuisine.
